I've been buying mobile handsets for my family from here for the last 6-7 years, but I had a terrible experience last Sunday. The staff were too focused on the Ind-Pak T20 match, and as a result, I lost all my important WhatsApp data during the transfer. The staff didn't even apologize until I escalated the issue. Be careful when transferring data during new purchases; some staff are inexperienced and not very competent.
