1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Lentlo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features — such as creating listings, writing reviews, or messaging — you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
3. Business Listings
Business owners may create listings on Lentlo for free. By creating a listing, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to represent the business
- All information provided is accurate and up to date
- The business operates legally and does not engage in unlawful activities
4. Reviews Policy
Users may post reviews about businesses listed on Lentlo. Reviews must:
- Be based on genuine experiences with the business
- Not contain defamatory, abusive, or obscene content
- Not include personal attacks or threats
- Not be posted in exchange for compensation or incentives
- Not contain spam, promotional links, or advertisements
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Lentlo — including the design, logo, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Lentlo and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Content you submit (reviews, photos, listing data) remains yours, but by posting it on Lentlo you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and use it in connection with the Platform.
6. Claim Process
Business owners can claim existing listings to manage them. The claim process may involve verification to confirm you are the rightful owner or authorised representative of the business.
Lentlo reviews claims and may approve or deny them at its discretion. Fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.
7. Packages & Upgrades
Lentlo offers premium packages that provide enhanced visibility and features for business listings. By purchasing a package:
- You agree to the pricing and duration specified at the time of purchase
- Packages are non-refundable once activated
- Featured status and other perks expire at the end of the package duration
- Lentlo may change package pricing or features with reasonable notice
8. Prohibited Content
You may not use Lentlo to:
- Post illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without permission
- Impersonate another person or business
- Manipulate ratings or reviews through fake accounts or coordinated activity
9. Limitation of Liability
Lentlo acts as a platform connecting users with businesses. We do not guarantee the accuracy of business information, the quality of services provided by listed businesses, or the authenticity of user reviews.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lentlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Lentlo at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Some content (such as published reviews) may remain visible after account deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Lentlo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
