This is a very decent housing society with homes ranging from small to premium. It has plenty of amenities like a basketball court, tennis court, clubhouse, indoor games, a departmental store, library, salon, and a kids' play area. The lake facing apartments offer a great view. The housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for North Chennai.

I attended a birthday party here, and the apartment has a clubhouse with a neat and spacious banquet hall. It can easily fit around 100 people for small gatherings. There's also a mini banquet hall next door for the food area, where only a buffet can be arranged.

This project is completely useless due to the terrible behavior of the maintenance staff. Recently, they even beat a resident and broke his arm just for questioning the builder, and he had to be hospitalized. We are in a lot of trouble having invested in this property, especially since it's next to a crematorium
