I believe many of the reviews here are paid or boosted. I paid 10k for installation and leak fixing, but the work was never completed properly. When I tried to reach the mechanic for follow up, he was unavailable. In the end, Urban Company resolved my issues and provided a 6 month warranty. I wouldn't recommend trusting this service.

I'm disappointed with the service. After each visit, I expected no issues for at least three months, but I had to follow up multiple times and spent around 2.5k each visit. Unfortunately, due to ongoing problems, I had to buy a new air conditioner. I hope you improve your work efficiency in the future.
