Amsavalli Bhavan

Authentic biryani made with Seeraga Samba rice. All types of biryani are priced the same (a little costly, around 240 INR). The taste is amazing, you won�t find anything like it elsewhere. They also serve Kola Urundai and other chicken dishes. Finally, they offer delicious vanilla with apple, grape, and mixed fruit juice.

This is my favorite restaurant. Whenever I visit Madurai, I always make sure to eat here. I highly recommend their mutton biryani, boneless chicken 65, and especially their grape juice. I've never had such fresh and amazing juice anywhere else.

I had a very bad food experience. The biryani quantity was very small, served in a saucer plate. For the price, the food was too little. I ordered pepper chicken, and it was the worst I�ve ever had. It tasted like chicken manchurian with no pepper flavor, just like Chinese manchurian with some peppers added. The parotta was too hard, and the gravy with it was average. Overall, it was a very bad experience today.
