Six months ago, I called them for AC installation. I wasted four days chasing them, calling every day. They kept promising that the installation team would come in the afternoon, but after four days, nothing happened. When I called in the afternoon, they wouldn't pick up the phone. If they couldn�t do it, they should�ve just told me instead of wasting my time. In the end, I had to get the AC installed by someone else.
