I had a fantastic night at the Artic Hotel bar! The atmosphere was great, and the staff Himani, Riya, and Prabhas were really friendly and attentive. They also have a great drinks menu with options for everyone.

This is one of the worst hotels in Kochi. I was at their rooftop bar last week, and since the next day, I started showing symptoms of food poisoning. I�m on my way to the hospital to see a doctor while writing this.

Very bad experience. The cleaning was poor, the bathroom smelled, and it wasn�t well-maintained. I booked the room over the phone and confirmed free breakfast, but when we arrived, they said it wasn�t available and made us wait for confirmation. The AC wasn�t working properly, and dirty water came from the washroom. It's a very unhygienic hotel.
