The employees are very friendly, and the owner is genuine. However, they currently don't have a water wash facility, but they will arrange it.

They ruined my bike. I washed it three times there on the same day, but it still looks bad. The staff's attitude and behavior were poor, and they didn't want to admit their mistakes.
