The laptop services here are better than other stores on SP Road. They replaced the entire motherboard of my Dell with a different model, and the new one is working really well. They also gave me a 3-month warranty, and the cost was reasonable. Overall, the service was good. The technician was humble and reliable; he tested my laptop and found a keyboard problem that I didn�t notice. Thanks to Wasim Khan and his team (Jaffer and another guy whose name I forgot)!

I had to wait for 2-3 hours, which was very unprofessional. The guy was constantly on the phone. After getting my laptop repaired at B S Computers, it's still having problems.
