Worst service ever. I ordered a cake, and they said it would be ready in one hour. After an hour, they said it would take another 40 minutes. Then, after 40 minutes, they said it would take another hour. Terrible service in Tirupati. Please don't buy anything from Baker by Bans � they don't have enough staff to handle orders.
