I was cheated with a laptop screen replacement. They promised a 1-year warranty, but the very next day, the screen started showing dead pixels. They replaced it three times, but all of them had the same issue. The second screen even had a line in the middle as soon as it was installed. The last one also had dead pixels, but they tried to distract me before I took delivery. They finally said it was a hinge problem. Even with the 1-year warranty, they refused to provide proper service. It's better to go to a genuine service center.
