I recently used a relocation company to move my things from Kolkata to Bangalore. They gave me a reasonable price, and their team packed everything carefully using good quality materials. They took great care during loading, and I could track the progress of my items throughout the process. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

The service was not good at all. They didn't provide the GST bill even after multiple follow-ups. Every time I called, they either didn�t answer or said they would give it the next day, but I still haven't received it. They also didn�t provide the tracking number. Overall, very unprofessional. There are many other packers and movers who offer better service at the same price. I am really disappointed and wouldn't recommend their services.

I had a very bad experience with the staff named Ganesh. He was rude, abusive, and even threatened my wife. We contacted them for packing and moving services due to renovation work at our home, but he didn't send the right people on the day we needed help. When we followed up, he didn't care about our concerns and told my wife he didn�t care about the money either. This is extremely unprofessional service, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
