Bethel Matriculation Higher Secondary School is a Co-educational English Medium School for day scholars. The School has the 10 plus 2 pattern of education and follows the scheme of studies, prescribed by the State Board of Education. It is a full-fledged school and conducts classes from LKG to Std XII. Having completed 52 glorious years, Bethel keeps advancing in academics and extra-curricular activities. The installation of the Digital Board has ignited and enthralled the young minds who enjoy learning by visualising what they learn. Late Mr. JOHN KESARI started the school in the year 1971 with the vision of imparting God-fearing, value-based education to the people who stay in and around Velachery. A noble-hearted educationist, who was humble and god-fearing with a strong aspiration to educate the under-privileged began the institution, which today stands as one of the reputed schools in Velachery. Our founder not only imparted education but also was keen on seeing the children of Bethel emerge as disciplined students spreading fragrance wherever they go. We always carry his vision in our hearts and with the blessings of God march forward to fulfill it.
