BikeOne is definitely the best service center for bikes. They are clear about the charges and never overcharge. The service manager is knowledgeable and polite. He listens to all your concerns and handles them well. I�m very satisfied with their work.

Very bad service. I gave my bike for a general service and to fix the front brake. When I got the bike back, the chain started making a lot of noise, which wasn�t a problem before. They told me I had to replace the chain sprocket for 2k, which was not needed. Also, the front brake got worse in just 2 days and isn�t working at all now. They scammed me for 4k.
