Parthiban is an excellent technician and great with customer service. He fixed my laptop, which wouldn�t turn on, in under an hour, staying late to help me. He changed an IC and serviced it quickly. He was honest about the cost, which was very fair, and said he would only charge me if he fixed the issue. Very knowledgeable and excellent service
