This is a superb waterfront property in the Kochi Fort area. It has ethnic architecture with a touch of history, and the feel of a museum adds to the charm of the place. The inside is elegant, and the hospitality is warm. The only issue is the narrow road leading to the property, which could be in better condition.

This was the worst place Ive ever stayed. The floors were dirty, and we couldnt let our baby crawl around because there was so much dust, like the floors hadnt been cleaned for days. Even though we pre-ordered breakfast in advance, it took over 45 minutes to get it. Theres nothing scenic beyond the restaurant dining area. The bay was filthy, with a bad smell that made it hard to enjoy the food. They claim to have a pool, but its not well-maintained it has bubbles and green stains on the walls. The rooms are not properly taken care of, and the management is poorly run. We were asked to pay twice because they had no record of our payment. We had to show our bank transaction to clear it up. The staff also touched and held our baby without asking for permission, which was very uncomfortable. We felt completely let down. I would advise avoiding this place if you want to enjoy your trip.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite, which was the only one available. The room was good, and the ambience was nice with a waterfront view and a balcony. However, the swimming pool and restaurant balcony were not well maintained. The main highlight of the place is the museum. Parking is available on the roadside. Overall, it was a good stay.
