Proactive Team is a Ford authorized service station. If you have a Ford car, I recommend trying their service. They can get genuine Ford parts quickly, even with short supply issues. The team is reliable and helpful, much better than local mechanics in Trichy who often charge too much for no clear reason. From my experience, they are safe and trustworthy.

They only have two mechanics and don't seem to know what to check. They charge a lot to improve their showroom. The estimate they gave was much higher than other service centers for the same original parts. I wouldn�t recommend them for multi-brand or high-end cars, only for Maruti vehicles.
