I have been a satisfied customer for over 15 years. They treat you like a friend, not just a customer. I bought an inverter for my home from them. They are very polite, clear up any doubts, and work efficiently. Even for small issues, they quickly send someone to resolve it. I have been in contact with Bright N Power for the last 12 years. They started by installing a domestic inverter at my house, and last year they installed a Luminous solar panel. It�s still generating power and helping with the increased TNEB tariff. They have very good, service-oriented staff.

I have been using their products for a long time, but recently their service has been terrible. Their service reps are rude and unprofessional.
