This includes hotels, resorts, and other public works under Kerala PWD, CPWD and Irrigation. \n \nKK Builders, the construction arm, is actively building townships and villa projects. The 2nd phase of the prestigious IIM Calicut, a 150 crore undertaking, is now being developed by the company. It is also developing a 45 crore reservoir-dam in Wandoor-Thirur.
