This is the third time I�ve bought a birthday cake from them and they never disappoint. The cake looked just like the picture I chose and tasted great. Delivery was within 3 hours of ordering. Thanks for the awesome service

Poor customer service. Online ordering doesn't work. No response. The cake was garbage.

The service was not good. The red velvet cake was not available, so I had to choose from other options. I placed the order 4 hours in advance, but it was still delayed by 2 hours.
