Hello, on October 10, I sold gold. The total weight of the gold was 27.9 grams, of which 22k was gold 23.6 and the remaining 18k was gold 4.3. However, your team paid 110000.00/-for the release of the gold, and the balance paid (in Indian rupees) was 59600.00, but no accurate data about the amount were provided. Please assist us in fixing the problem.
