Today, we went there for my daughter's ear piercing, and we had a great experience. We were really scared about it, but Geetha explained everything clearly. Vimal and Geetha handled the process very well.

The customer service was the worst, and the products were bad too. I bought four items, and their quality was really poor. The color of the gold ornaments changed, and when I asked, they said they would polish them. This is the first time I�ve heard that gold can change color. The diamonds were also low quality. These are cheap products, and they are cheating customers.

I visited the store excitedly but was very disappointed with the customer service. Even though I was the only customer and the staff were free, an inexperienced lady helped me. She didn�t know much about the products and couldn�t show me what I wanted. I ended up leaving the store disappointed with just a small purchase.
