When I bought a VIVO 1909, they said a lot of nice things. But when I went back with a damaged phone, the staff were very rude and literally told me to get out. I called the store manager, who apologized for the employees' behavior. I bought three mobiles from this store, and as a customer, I'm totally disappointed with how I was treated. I urge management to train employees on how to treat customers. I'm sorry to give such a low rating of 1. I just want to make sure this doesn�t happen to anyone else.
