Central Residency Chennai

The atmosphere is secure, and it's just a short walk to Chennai Central Railway Station. The prices are affordable, and there's a Malayali restaurant nearby. All other facilities are also close to the hotel.

The room was clean and good, and the staff were helpful and kind. The only issue I faced was that the geyser wasn�t working, so there was no hot water. I had to call the reception several times to ask for a bucket of hot water.

It was my worst hotel experience. The staff were rude, and the manager didn�t know how to behave. There were no proper facilities in the room, and the AC leaked all night, damaging my personal items. The manager even asked for extra money for the AC room, even though I had already booked it. The staff also started banging on my door at 6 in the morning asking for money, which usually happens after checkout.
