CJ Block Swimming Pool

The facilities are excellent, though the entry formalities are a bit cumbersome. The water quality and ambiance are very good. Unfortunately, guests cannot be brought in by paying entrance fees. The staff is very helpful. Hopefully, more people will visit for healthy recreation.

Nice swimming pool facility with separate pools for small kids aged 3-6 and older kids aged 7 and above. Located within a residential block, it offers ample car parking space away from the main road. Situated near Karunamoyee, it is close to the back side of the HSBC office on the second cross road. There's a VIP sweet shop diagonally opposite. The trainers are skilled, and the changing rooms are well-maintained.

Visited during the off-season; the pools were dry, and there was no attendant in the changing room. However, I appreciated the affordable neighborhood pool located right in the heart of a Saltlake block. Surrounded by residences, it maintains a simple charm, devoid of roadside food stalls and other distractions. Across from the entrance gate, there's a children's park, with a market and another amusement park nearby offering plenty of rides. Adjacent to the park is a large playground. The serene and quiet atmosphere is a rarity in most Kolkata neighborhoods, possibly found only in select Saltlake areas that remain untouched by encroachments and illegal establishments. Hopefully, it continues to remain that way.
