Collection O 400 Calangute Baga Circle

This place is really bad. The location is good, close to Calangute Beach, food, shops, and markets, but the hotel quality is poor, especially for an OYO flagship. It's a society converted into a hotel. The bedding is dirty and smells bad, and there are a lot of mosquitoes because the bedding isn't clean. There are no lifts in the hotel. I was downgraded from a suite to a classic room without any refund. Breakfast is very basic, just bread, butter, jam, and one dish like poha or upma. The tea is awful, and the breakfast dishes are dirty with stains. Breakfast starts very late at 9:00 am, but they don't begin serving until after 9:30 am, so you lose most of your morning. The staff is poor, and the property is badly managed. I wouldn�t recommend staying here. You can find better places nearby at similar prices.

The location is great, right opposite McDonald's. The room and washroom were clean, but the water pressure in the room was low. There's no power backup, and there were power fluctuations every evening with no solution. The main issue with the property is the lack of parking space. The nearby bike rental vendor has taken up all the hotel's parking spots.

I stayed there with two of my friends, and it was a very average hotel. The hospitality and courtesy of the staff were limited. They don't follow the rules mentioned on the Oyo website and charge extra for booking extensions as they wish. The food menu is limited, and they don't serve breakfast in the room, except for the free buffet, due to a lack of staff. The lady receptionist was very rude and kept changing her words. There was also frequent power cuts with no backup. Overall, it was a poor experience.
