Collection O Hotel City Park

The hotel is okay, but the sanitary napkins are really bad. When I asked for replacements, they took a long time and gave me the same ones. They prefer cash payments and don�t usually accept cards or online payments. After a bit of a dispute, they finally accepted my card. On the bright side, the rooms are good

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I was told the AC room would cost 1200, but they charged me 1568. They didn�t give me a receipt and wouldn�t accept card payments. The room was really dirty, and the bedsheets hadn�t been changed. The floor was filthy, and even after asking them to clean it, nothing was done. The food was terrible definitely not worth eating.

I'm really impressed with this hotel! The cleanliness is top notch, and it�s great that it attracts so many people. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. I love it here keep up the good work
