Don't book this place. The management is terrible, and I had a really bad experience. Room service is awful, and the front desk staff are unhelpful. My room was full of cockroaches, and they didn't fix it even after I complained. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and I had to write requests for basic things like an essentials kit and tissue paper. Avoid this place if you want to stay stress free.

The hotel rooms were poorly maintained. Country Inn has a good reputation, but this location doesn�t live up to it. The hotel really needs renovation. It�s in a great location in the heart of Panjim city, and if it were updated, it would be a fantastic place to stay. For now, I�m giving it 2 stars.

I was disappointed with the room condition and price. There was a water leak from the ceiling, and the bathroom lock was broken. The door handle fell off multiple times. When I told the reception, they said it would take 4 to 5 months to fix and upgrade the hotel.
