Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli

Our experience at Courtyard by Marriott in Trichy was fantastic. We received a warm welcome from Mr. Balaji at the reception, who made sure all our needs were met and that we had a comfortable stay. For food, Mr. Ghanshyam provided excellent hospitality, listening carefully to our food preferences and serving us perfectly. ShyamGanesh and Sushmita were also great, attending to us with a personal touch. The food at this property is amazing, and it makes us want to visit again with our family. One of the restaurant managers� 'see you soon' gesture really touched my heart, and I was moved to tears. I forgot his name, but I hope the management can find it and pass on our thanks. Overall, the entire staff was wonderful, making us feel welcome and cared for.

I stayed there last month on a family vacation, and it was one of the worst experiences ever. I emailed them about the issues I faced, but no one has bothered to reply. The laundry was not delivered on time, and I had to repeat the issue several times to different people who claimed to be in charge. The TV channels weren�t working, and we had to call room service many times. The iron leaked water, soaking my son�s jeans, and the staff didn�t seem to care, even though they replaced the iron. Every time I called room service, I was put on hold for a long time. The worst part was when the young lady at the reception struggled to take down my email address. I mentioned all these problems in my email, but still haven�t received any reply.

I stayed here with my family for two nights last week, booking two connecting rooms. First, I want to compliment Aditya at the reception for his excellent service. He was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, especially during our late check-out. He made our stay pleasant and memorable. The hotel room was nice and spacious, but there were stains on the toilet tiles. The breakfast had a wide variety of food, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you
