Is this a good place for haircuts, shaving, and dyeing..

I had a body massage here twice. The place was dirty, with spider webs on the roof, and it seemed like not many people visit. The first massage was great, but the second one wasn't as good. I give a lower rating because I didn�t feel welcomed. The owner didn�t greet me or ask for feedback after the massage. Even after I mentioned my lower back pain, he didn�t focus on it. Even though I paid 1000 rupees for an hour, the little things made me feel unwelcome. I won�t be going back.
