Our delivery experience was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We are blessed with a healthy baby boy! The atmosphere was nice, and the staff was very helpful and professional, always putting patients first. The doctors here are highly skilled and caring. A special thanks to Dr. Mukul Barik, who is kind, calm, and experienced. He knows how to help even very stressed patients. I wish him all the best. Overall, this hospital gave my family a joyful experience and unforgettable memories.

Haneesh Pandit, bed no 7239, Dr. Bichitrobanu took great care of us. All the staff and nurses were very caring, especially in the PICU. They were very helpful, and the food was good and tasty. Thank you, Desun Hospital! I am fully satisfied. My son was discharged today.

The service is extremely bad. I�ve been trying to get an OPD appointment with Dr. Ayan Mukherjee for the second time for the last two months. Every time I call their helpline, they put me on hold for two minutes and then say they�ll call me back in 30 minutes, but they never do. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone because you won�t get a second appointment.
