It was good, but also disappointing. I cleared all the tests, but the English test was quite tough. It felt like I was taking an IELTS exam, even though it was for a Jio company, which isn't even an international BPO. They asked questions that aren't needed since we'll mostly be speaking in Hindi or other languages with Indian customers. The staff was good, and everything was clean and fine, but the tests were too hard, even for people who speak good English.

They always provide wrong information to candidates before referring them for interviews. Worst experience ever! Don't use their services.
