Comfortable stay with smooth check-in and check-out. It�s close to all major places in the area, and the staff is polite.

The hotel is in a good location, but it's quite terrible. There are too many bugs and insects, and the washrooms are poorly maintained.

The toilet service needs improvement. The door wouldn�t close properly, the toilet flush kept leaking, and the bum shower was also leaking. There was nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom, and the exhaust fan wasn�t working. On the first day, there was no cover on the dustbin, and the cupboard didn�t have handles, making it hard to use. The AC was a bit noisy when starting, but after that, it was fine.
