As a Bonvoy gold member, I expected better service. The room I got was okay, but I prefer higher floors. The food and service were just okay.

The rooms are okay, but the service was below average. They responded slowly to our queries, and the food was just mediocre. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay unless you're okay with slow service. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel, especially thanks to Ms. Simrin. She helped us with everything about our meals and made sure we tried all the food available.
