The hotel has a great location with beautiful surroundings. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is good.

It's a 4 star property, but the maintenance is more like an Oyo or lodge level.

Really bad service and arrogant staff. You�ll have to wait for hours even for the most basic things. They pay guests for 5-star reviews, so don�t trust the ratings. The location is far from Wayanad, down in the valley.
