Flagship Hotel Gaylord

We had a terrible experience with atrocious customer service. Additionally, they refused to provide a bill for our room payment. If you�re considering staying there, I urge you to think twice. You won�t find any security or support from this hotel.

I strongly advise against booking this hotel online. The staff will refuse to provide you with a room, claiming that all are booked, and they show no concern for refunds or your situation. It was incredibly frustrating for my family and me as we had to scramble to find another place to stay. My kids were particularly upset due to this experience. Consider this a personal warning for anyone thinking of booking here online!

Great location, just a short walk from the railway station, bus stand, and Ooty Lake. The service was good, but the rooms felt a bit overpriced. We stayed for two nights, but hot water was only available from 7 to 9 AM. The rooms were clean, but there was a water leak over the bed and in the bathroom that continued throughout the night.
