GarudaVega International courier service

I have sent the parcel from Bangalore to UK of 2 boxes 30 kgs total. \nThey have charged me 16,000 Rs stating door to door services including everything. \n \nBut, on the receiving end, it remained the amount pending due. I had to pay the amount 150 �(apprx. 16,000 Rs) in UK to receive the parcel. \n \nI have contacted the customer service but of No help, as they it is of custom duty charges, asking me to pay the amount. When sending, they have taken the amount stating everything included. Now, I had no option then to pay else the Parcel will get destroyed. \n \nI don't understand how this courier services is still in use. \n \nVery disappointing, please don't Use this Service. Worst service customer care, neither the HSR branch were able to help me out.

Very good service at a reasonable price.

Worst customer care experience. The staff doesn't respond properly, and items are not packed in front of us. There's a weight difference, some items are missing, and overall, the service is terrible. I would never recommend this to anyone.
