Wonderful service They quickly identified my laptop's problem and gave the best advice. You can definitely trust them with your laptop for a fair price. The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience

Poor service At first, the staff was cooperative, but they haven�t refunded my security money of Rs 1000. I bought a battery for Rs 5310, but I paid Rs 6310, including the security deposit. It�s been a long time, and I haven�t received any updates. When I reminded the staff, they left my messages on seen on WhatsApp. As a student with a busy schedule, I can�t keep asking them. Their behavior is very careless. Even if it takes time to process the refund, they should at least respond. This is the service from GBS Systems at IIT Madras
