This is also called 'satvic' because onions and garlic are regarded to be tamasic. We believe in healthy diet and hygiene, include wheat, dhall, vegetables, spinach, whole grains, green leaves ,honey and avoid white flour, artificial colors, soda salt and chemicals, that are harmful to health. \n \n
