The photo editing was good, and the collage and design matched our discussion. They delivered on time, even with my last-minute order, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the frame width I expected 1 inch but got only 1/2 inch. Overall, it was a good experience, but make sure to confirm the size and frame width before ordering.
