The technicians here don't have a good understanding of car details. For example, I told them that my Polo needs 4.3 liters of oil, but they put in 4.5 liters anyway. They also used an oil grade that isn�t recommended by the manufacturer. It seems like they're trying to save money, which isn't worth the risk for your vehicle. Their professionalism is lacking, and the place is dusty and muddy. The oil can they used was dirty, and they didn't even try to clean it.
