Received a vegetarian meals parcel today and was surprised to find large quantities of plain white rice with no salt. The portions were insufficient for the rice, and even the sambar provided in a small box was not enough. Instead of payasam, they included kesari, which was disappointing. In the end, the meal was so unsatisfactory that I had to dispose of it in the dustbin.

The service is extremely poor. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for your order, and even then, they often deliver the wrong food item. There is a clear lack of regard for customer satisfaction.

It's very expensive and the quality doesn't justify the cost at all! They use vanaspati instead of ghee, which caused severe digestion issues after eating there. The fatty, oily content in dishes like ghee dosa or sambar idli is definitely not ghee�it's very difficult to digest. Please avoid wasting your money at this restaurant. We had to wait 20 minutes for each item to be served. Overall, a poor dining experience and not worth the high prices whatsoever.
