I had a positive experience purchasing from GRT Jewellers in Madurai. They had a wide selection of new jewelry collections with good quality. The customer service was excellent and very accommodating.

It's a great place to buy gold. The gold collections are impressive, and the service is excellent. Venkatesh and Pandi showed us new collections with patience and took their time processing our bills. Thenarasu also offered us a good discount. Overall, the service was commendable and it's a fantastic place for buying gold.

I had a great shopping experience for the first time at GRT Madurai. Pandi from the ring section assisted us very well, despite the section being crowded and a 20-minute wait. He helped all customers equally and guided us in choosing the right ring size, patiently answering all our questions. My only concern is that they should consider reducing their wastage charges to align with market standards, as their fixed rate is slightly higher.

The service was excellent, and the collections were also impressive. Ms. Viji in the chain section was exceptionally cool and helpful.
