I had a nice experience with GT Holidays. Our tour manager, Ishwarya Mahalakshmi, communicated clearly and provided updates to ensure our comfort. She answered our questions promptly and patiently, even outside of office hours. She handled challenges professionally and efficiently. Overall, she was friendly and approachable.

It was the best decision to travel with GT Holidays. The team is very helpful and friendly, and they plan everything carefully. A big thanks to Nabesha, who helped us find a hotel right away when our flight was canceled and coordinated everything so well. If it weren�t for her, my trip would have been canceled.

I have had no response from the team. I�ve been following up for 10 days about the visa process, but there�s been no follow-up or action from them. It feels like a waste of time. They haven�t given any suggestions or help. I have to keep asking about what documents are needed for the visa process, and they�re not providing clear guidelines.
