The hotel is in a prime location near Forum Mall, Hosur Road. However, the rooms are average, and the maintenance is poor. Cleaning is not done on time, the A.C. doesn't work properly, and the TV doesn't function.

The rooms are great, but the service is disappointing and useless.

The room is just okay, with no maintenance at all. The bathroom door handle was broken, and there was a loud noise coming from the AC it sounded like it was about to explode. The lobby and corridor are small, but the room size is decent. Also, there were no glass tumblers or plates available.
