Hotel Manorama

The rooms are good, but the service is terrible. They don�t change the bedsheets or towels daily. The staff argue a lot, and some of them are not cooperative.

I reserved two rooms two months ago, and I saw the man writing down our reservation. He didn�t want to give me proof and just said, You can see I noted it. When we arrived, the staff said there was no reservation, leaving us without a hotel at night. The staff were very unfriendly both times.

Good hotel with nice rooms. However, they could handle check in a bit more professionally. They have many old wooden and brass items displayed, which look like antiques and are really attractive. The prices are moderate.
