Service was not good, and I was surprised to pay the full amount at check-in, as this was my first time experiencing this. Also, there is no restaurant facility available at the hotel.

Very nice place with a great location. Excellent service, polite staff, and clean rooms with hygienic conditions. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but you can still order food to your room.
