This stay was the worst experience I�ve ever had. I want people to be aware of this and for Make My Trip to acknowledge this unacceptable behavior.

Good hotel I visit once a month, about 8 times so far. Manager Srinivas and the other staff are very welcoming. The rooms, including the restroom, are very clean. The food is above average. It's a good place for couples and families. It would be better if they had a no-smoking policy in the hotel.
