Hotel Vijay

The manager at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. He said there were no rooms available when there were plenty, didn't let us use the Wi-Fi, was verbally rude, and there were no bedsheets when we arrived. The rooms are basic but okay. The location is in the center and near the road, which is convenient if you're using it as a stopover.

I stayed for a day to attend a family function. The reception team was friendly from booking to check-out. I informed them that I would be checking in at 3:00 am, and they agreed, responding to my email and making the booking available. The check-out was hassle-free. It was raining heavily when I checked out, and the hotel team arranged transportation to the railway station.

The location is good, close to the railway station and Amman temple. The room is good for the price. I booked a single room for 2 people. The AC worked well, and the toilet was clean, although the commode could be better. Hot water was available, and the staff was decent. For the price, it�s a decent experience, but not extraordinary.
