Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was courteous, helpful, and cooperative. We enjoyed delicious food with excellent service.

I usually stay here, but my last experience was disappointing. I parked my bike in front of the hotel and went to sleep. In the morning, I found that it was moved to another place without any care. There is no security for vehicles if you come by bike. \nAs for the room, it was clean, but the TV and AC didn't work properly. You're lucky if you get hot water. Overall, not a great experience.

I stayed at this hotel for over 10 days last month and paid in full in advance. When I checked out, I requested a GST invoice and was told it would be sent within an hour. Now, almost a month later, I still haven't received it. This is unacceptable. \nI've contacted them multiple times via WhatsApp and phone, but each time I get weak excuses and no clear timeline. It feels like they are avoiding their responsibility and possibly cheating the government by not submitting the GST they collected from customers. This is a serious issue. \nIt also seems that Treebo is not holding the hotel accountable. The lack of professionalism and transparency is disappointing. I would advise others to think carefully before staying here, as it seems like they care more about making illegal money than providing proper service.
